I founded VIP Belgrade, a high-end concierge agency dedicated to organizing premium experiences for international guests visiting Belgrade. The agency offered complete luxury service — from table bookings and private drivers to yacht charters, helicopter transfers, security arrangements, and full nightlife coordination. Over time, the company achieved strong growth and exceptional results, becoming a leading force in Serbia’s VIP hospitality scene.

Following its success, VIP Belgrade was merged into Everything Belgrade, creating a larger platform that dominated the local market and became the go-to service for high-profile clients and global travelers. In 2022, I made a successful exit from the company to focus on new ventures and international projects.

My Role

• Founder & Head Concierge: Managed high-profile clients and coordinated full-service luxury experiences across nightlife, hospitality, and travel sectors.

• Operations & Logistics: Oversaw every detail of guest itineraries — from transfers and reservations to security, entertainment, and private events.

• Partnership Development: Built an exclusive partner network of top clubs, restaurants, hotels, and service providers to deliver consistent VIP-level experiences.

• Client Relations: Worked directly with clients from over 25 countries, ensuring personalized service and complete privacy.

• Business Growth & Management: Scaled operations, expanded the brand’s reputation, and managed the merger and transition into Everything Belgrade.

Outcome

VIP Belgrade rapidly became one of the most influential concierge agencies in the region, generating major revenue for partner venues and setting new service standards in the industry. After the merger into Everything Belgrade, the business achieved full market dominance and continued to expand internationally. I exited the company in 2022 to pursue new creative and business ventures across the nightlife and digital industries.
